Return Policy for Gifts
We strive to ensure that every gift meets or exceeds expectations and brings joy to the recipient. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the gift received. If the gift arrived in poor condition or an item was broken, we will replace those items if they are reported to us within one week of receipt of your gift.
How To Initiate Replacement of Item(s):
Please email vtomic@thecarolinacompany.com with a picture of the item(s) and your issue. We will then send you an email response with tracking information for any replacement(s) within 3 business days.Â
