How Do I Add a Personal Note?

All gifts come with a complimentary handwritten note if you choose to include one. You can leave a personal message for your card during the checkout process. You will see a place to write "Order Comments" during checkout under the Shipping or Delivery address information. If you miss this for some reason, please email us at vtomic@thecarolinacompany.com to provide a personal message.

 

Will The Gift Sent Look Exactly Like The One I Ordered? 

We hand select every item to make sure the recipient is blown away with their gift. Website photos are good representations of how your gift will look. However during summer months, chocolate or other heat sensitive food items will not be included. Fragile items may be wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid breakage.

 

Receipts 

We never include receipts or price information with our gifts unless requested. If you would like an itemized gift receipt, please email or call us.

 

Processing  

Please allow 1-3 days for gift orders to be processed.  If you need an order by a specific date, please add a note with date needed and we will do our best to get your gift there!

 

Local Delivery 

There is a small fee for local hand delivery in Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender Counties. If your gift recipient is local, it will be our pleasure to deliver it personally.  Gifts will be delivered within 2-3 days from placing your order.

At this time, we do not have a store pickup option.  However, we are happy to bring your purchase to you under our delivery terms if you prefer to give it to your recipient personally.

 

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States.  We are committed to giving you the best delivery experience possible and usually ship USPS or UPS with 2-3 day delivery. There is no guarantee for delivery dates due to carrier issues. Gifts are normally shipped within 1- 2 days of placing your order.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only ship military care packages outside of the US. Otherwise we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Do You Allow Returns and Exchanges

We have a 100% Happiness Guarantee on every gift. So if something is broken upon arrival, please email us a picture so that we can see what happened to improve our process for future. If you are unsatisfied with your gift for any reason, please contact us so we can make it right!
